Shoulder pain, like lower back pain, is one of the most common chronic pains we (humans) experience, especially since the creation of the computer which has somewhat forced us to be hunched. Remember, the body adapts to what you do most, so, if you sit a lot, the body adapts to make “sitting” as easy as possible, and that in turn makes us hunched, hyperextending our lower back, rolling our shoulders forward and shortening our abdominal muscles to the point of rendering them weaker.
